Service Agreement & Legal Framework

1. General Usage & Personal Computing

You are encouraged to use your Virtual Machine as you would a Regular PC. This includes development, general productivity, testing software, and personal projects. Our goal is to provide a seamless computing experience on ARM, x86, and x64 infrastructure.

2. Web, App & Server Hosting

Your instance can be configured as a high-performance server. We explicitly support and encourage usage for Web Hosting (e.g., Nginx, Apache, Node.js), Database Hosting, and Game Server Hosting (e.g., Minecraft, Valheim). Persistent server workloads are allowed provided they remain within the allocated resource limits of the cluster.

3. Universal Architecture Support

FrUVMOn provides support for 32-bit (x86), 64-bit (x64), and ARM (v8) architectures. We are moving toward supporting Universal CPU Emulation. In future phases, users will be able to emulate almost any hardware architecture (PowerPC, MIPS, etc.) regardless of the physical host CPU. Usage of emulated systems must still comply with all original software licenses and EULAs.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The use of FrUVMOn for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. Users are forbidden from engaging in activities that violate federal law.

  • Illegal Activities: Hosting or distributing pirated software or illegal materials.
  • Dark Web Services: Provisioning VMs to operate as "Dark Net" nodes or Tor exit relays is strictly prohibited.
  • Network Interference: Using VMs for DDoS attacks, unauthorized scanning, or hacking.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

FrUVMOn maintains zero tolerance for activities that jeopardize the legal standing of this infrastructure. We reserve the right to cooperate fully with federal agents and law enforcement.

6. OS Compliance (Apple & Microsoft)

macOS may only be installed and run on Apple-branded hardware. Windows deployment must comply with Microsoft's licensing terms. Users bear full responsibility for OS licensing compliance and validation.
